After School Care

We run an Out of School Club at Ashlands School during term time to compliment our Breakfast Club.

The Ashlands Out of School Club is run by Mrs Kelly Millett or Mrs Hannah Mock. The Club runs from 3.15pm to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, term time only at a flat rate charge of £4 for the first hour, £1 per quarter hour thereafter. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Concessions: 

Half price for 2nd child and free for 3rd child.  

Pupil Premium children are charged a flat charge of £2 for the first hour and 50p per quarter hour thereafter. 

The provision of an after-school snack and drink selection is included in the session price.  There will be no reduction in costs if you chose to provide a snack or tea box from home. 

24 hours notice is required to cancel a session without incurring a charge. 

We are happy to adjust payment for any early, or late collections after the initial hour.  

If you are going to be late to collect your child due to unforeseen circumstances it is absolutely essential that you contact the school as soon as possible. 

Payment will be charged via our SchoolMoney system or can be paid in cash.

Your child may continue to attend after school activity clubs but will remain the responsibility of the Out of School Staff member(s).
